Andreea Mogos

Andreaa_Mogos_BBUPhD in Science of Information and Communication at Université Paris 8-Vincennes (2009), PhD in Sociology (Universitatea Babes-Bolyai, 2009), MA in Social Communication and Public Relations (BBU, 2002) and undergraduate degrees in Journalism (1998) and Sociology (2002) from Babes-Bolyai University (BBU). She has 13 years of teaching experience at the Department of journalism at BBU, leading courses on Journalistic genres, Introduction to media studies, Photojournalism, Mass communication research methods and Sociology of Media. Her research interests are social representations in the media, the communication of science and the evolution of Romanian written press.

Elena Abrudan

Elena_Abrudan_BBUHolding a PhD and with 20 years of teaching experience, she is currently the Head of the Department of Journalism at Babes-Bolyai University (BBU) at Cluj-Napoca. She teaches courses on Visual communication, Cultural journalism, Media diversity and media Culture. From 2008 she is the Director of Centru Media UBB (http://cmedia.ubbcluj.ro) and Director of Revista de Studii media (http://cmedia.ubbcluj.ro).

Radu Meza    

Radu_Meza_BBUPhD candidate, B.Sc. in Computer Science, BA in Journalism and MA in Media Communication (Babeș-Bolyai University). Since early 2009 he works as an assistant professor at the Journalism Department of Babes-Bolyai University teaching courses and seminars on Media and Popular Culture, New Media Theory, Media Analysis, Online Journalism, Creative Writing and Film Studies. His research interests are online communication, popular culture, social networking systems, formal concept analysis and media studies.

He is an associate assistant professor at the Journalism Department, Babeș-Bolyai University, teaching Visual communication, Graphics and Design, DTP, Design, Photo Editing, New Media Theory, Online Journalism, Audio-visual communication and Academic Writing. His current research interests are online collaborative creation networks, MMOG, interactive narratives and online journalism.

His subjects include Online Communication, Multimedia, Alternative Media, Online Journalism, TV and Radio Editing, Audio Editing and Radio Journalism. His research interests are online communities, MMOG, online journalism, alternative online media and multimedia. From 2002, he is also a contributor to Info Satelit magazine.
